After seeing the guys YT video about modifying their Ruger American rifles I emailed the guys and they suggested I come share my build over here. I'm heavily invested in my rifle. This was my first bolt gun so there was sentimental attachment to it and I wanted it to continue being useful. I've used this to shoot 1000 yds already and plan on going for 1 mile soon. I read on several occasions of some flex in the forend and many people resolved this flex by adding the Arca rail.

With the ATF's latest over reach attempting to ban arm braces which have been legal for the past 10 years, do you feel this will be over turned by the courts?

We have been asked alot about the upgrades tot he Ruger SFAR. Below is a list of what was changed in this rifle. Upgrades to the SFAR were minimal. 1. CMC 2.5 pound single stage trigger 2. VG6 Gamma 7.62 muzzle brake 3. KAK 4.6 ounce H2 buffer 4. Strike Industries charging handle. There are 40 or so different options in extended charging handles from $50 to $400, pick what you like.
